सुरा :
सुरा ( surā )Meaning: Indigenous beer- beverage prepared from fermented cereals. The cereals that are either cooked or ground are mixed with Jaggery and other spices and are subjected to natural fermentation. Beneficial for emaciated, suffering from obstruction in urine,piles,alleviates Vata and useful in anaemia.
