पादत्र धारण ( pādatra dhāraṇa )
Meaning: Regular wearing of foot wares alleviates diseases of feet, promotes semen, ward off evil organisms, gives pleasure and comfort in moving and is wholesome for Ojas. prevents from abrasions of thorn, stone, gravels , dust etc.
