बलवत् पुरुषे देशेजन्मे :

बलवत् पुरुषे देशेजन्मे ( balavat puruṣe deshejanme )
Meaning: Birth in a place which is endowed with energized persons. One among the strengthening factor which is concerned with the place. Individual taken birth in that place where there is a good vitality. That is birth in Jangala desha ( arid place) , will have good tolerance capacity.
