The Ayurvedic Clinic has been established since 2001 and Dr. Deepika Rodrigo B.A.M.S. has been successfully treating patients with a variety of disorders with especially good results with cases of infertility and chronic skin disorders, these conditions responding well to the Ayurvedic system of treatment that includes dietary advice, high quality Ayurvedic preparations and Panchakarma treatments.

We have also been running courses in Ayurveda and Ayurvedic head and body massage therapy at the clinic in our own dedicated classroom. We will also be offering courses in Ayurvedic beauty therapy using our own range of Ayurvedic beauty products. We can also arrange Ayurvedic treatment holidays in Sri Lanka at various centers’ on the island.

Dr .Deepika Rodrigo is a fully qualified B.A.M.S. Ayurvedic doctor from Sri Lanka. She has worked as an Ayurvedic doctor in Sri Lanka & has had a successful practice in the UK for the past seven years. She qualified with a Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine & Surgery degree from the University of Colombo. Since 1998 she has been working and teaching as an Ayurvedic physician.

Dr. Rodrigo began teaching Ayurveda at The College of Ayurveda UK as a principal lecturer and also as a visiting lecturer to the Morley College London. Dr. Rodrigo has practised Ayurvedic medicine at The Kailash Centre of Oriental Medicine and has had her own Ayurvedic practice since 2001. She also has her own teaching college The Ayurveda Institute UK running courses in Ayurveda, Ayurvedic Massage & Ayurvedic Beauty Therapy.

The charges are; Ayurvedic Consultation Fees - One Hour Consultation with Dr.Deepika Rodrigo - £60.00, Ayurvedic hot oil massage with pinda sweda or hot herbal pouches - 90 minutes - £55.00, Ayurvedic rejuvenating facial using Rupa Ayurveda herbal beauty products - 60 minutes - £55.00, Ayurvedic head neck & shoulder massage - 60 minutes - £40.00, 35.00, 1 1/2 Hour Massage at the Ayurvedic Clinic - £50.00, Full Panchakarma Treatment (one session) - £170.00, 3 day Full Panchakarma Treatment (Abhyanga, Pinda sweda, Shirodhara, Shiro mardana, Wakra mardana & Swedana) - £450.00 and Single Shirodhara Treatment.- £60.

EDUCATION:

We offer Diploma Course -Ayurvedic Head & Body Massage Therapy, Advanced Ayurvedic Therapy Course, Shirodhara & Ayurvedic Head Massage, Mental Constitution, Sheersha Roga (Physiological & Psychological disorders of the Head) and Practical.

The course is run over four days and consists of approximately 30 hours theory and 50 hours of practical. The fee for the course is £400.00.
