Flower cures menstrual disorders.ചര്‍മ സംരക്ഷണത്തിനും ശരീര കാന്തിക്കും ഉത്തമമാണ് ഇഞ്ച. ചുവട്ടില്‍നിന്ന് ഇലവരെ മുള്ളുകള്കൊണ്ട്‍ മൂപ്പെത്തിയ തണ്ടുകള്‍ ആറടി വീതം നീളത്തില്‍ മുറിച്ചെടുക്കുകയാണ് ആദ്യം ചെയ്യുന്നത്. പിന്നീട് മുള്ള് നീക്കം ചെയ്ത് തണ്ടില്‍നിന്ന് തൊലി തല്ലി ഉരിച്ച് പരന്ന പ്രതലത്തില്‍വച്ച് തല്ലി ചതച്ചശേഷം രണ്ട് ദിവസം വെയില്‍ കൊള്ളിച്ച് ഉണക്കിയാണ് വില്‍പ്പനയ്ക്ക് എത്തിക്കുന്നത്. ഉണങ്ങിയ ഇഞ്ച കത്തിച്ചാലുണ്ടാകുന്ന പുക കൊതുകു നശീകരണത്തിനും നല്ലതാണ്. ഇഞ്ച ഇടിച്ചുപിഴിഞ്ഞെടുക്കുന്ന നീര് തേച്ച് കുളിക്കാനും ഉത്തമമാണ്.
