It is a community-oriented, educational and therapeutic rejuvenation centre. We provide highly individualized treatments to bring healing and renewal to the body, mind and spirit. The Wisdom of Ayurveda and Nature are used to empower and educate people to take charge of their own health. Sarah Kruse is an Ayurvedic Practitioner of this Centre. She is a graduate of the Ayurvedic Institute in New Mexico. She is working to increase public awareness about the many practical assets this age-old system of healing offers humanity.

Kael Balizer have been practicing as a Natural Therapeutic specialist, massage therapist and ayurvedic practicioner for the past 13 years. She is the co-founder of this centre.

The treatments offered by this centre are; Abhyanga massage, Abhyanga with swedana, Therapeutic massage, Marma chikitsa, Shirodhara Bliss Therapy, Netra basti, Foot reflexology. And also offers Panchakarma, Day of ayurvedic rejuvenation, Basti Karma, Virchana Karma, Vamana Karma, Nasya Karma, Netra Tarpana, Shirodharra, Localized Bastis. Each day of Panchakarma will be facilitated by 2 Ayurvedic Practitioners who will be giving you ayurvedic treatments based on your constitution and daily process. A typical Panchakarma session begins with an abhyanga, which is an Ayurvedic warm oil massage with 2 therapists working simultaneously.
