Dr Ambika Nair, the co-founder and Chief Consultant of Santhigram Ayurvedic Company, is a renowned Holistic Physician with more than 25 years of Experience specializing in Ayurvedic & Holistic Medicine. Her father was a well-known Ayurvedic physician in Kerala, India, where she began her Ayurvedic training from childhood. Known as a spiritual healer and a disciple of his Holiness Navajyothi Shri Karunakara Guru of Santhigiri Ashram in Trivandrum, Kerala, India, she holds graduate and post-graduate degrees as well as a number of diplomas in various fields of holistic medicine such as Ayurveda, Homeopathy, Bach Flower Remedies, Siddha, Naturopathy, and Yoga. Dr. Nair is a certified Holistic Practitioner in the United States and a Licensed Therapist.

Dr. Ambika is fond of treating those ailments for which the modern medicine was not effective or was bound to provide lot of side effects. Her diagnostic skills for understanding the root cause of a problem are one of its kind and has been appreciated many times by the medical fraternity in Delhi where she practiced her profession for over 20 years until she moved to the United States in 2009. She has successfully treated a variety of problems including many chronic ailments and infertility cases for thousands of people worldwide. She had been the personal physician to the then President of India, Dr. K.R. Narayanan. Many medical practitioners from prestigious institutions, such as the All India Institute of Medical Sciences in New Delhi, sought Dr. Nair’s counsel and guidance, as a respected and knowledgeable subject matter expert in the field of Ayurvedic and Holistic medicine. Recognizing her services to humanity she was awarded “Pride of the Country” award by Society of Industry and Business achievements, New Delhi. In US also her contribution to society was recognized by organizations like NAPW (National Association of Professional Women) and NAMAM (a Social Organization of New Jersey).

Dr. Pritha Nambiar

A trend setting Ayurvedic doctor with 10+ years of extensive Ayurvedic medical and research expertise, Dr. Pritha began her career with the Kerala Ayurveda Pharmacy Ltd (KAPL) in India. Dr. Pritha created the AyurEssence Holistic Wellness program and AyurFit Life Style program (positive fitness for the body & mind) for the fast changing global corporate and premium customer segments, after analyzing the gaps in treatment methodologies in Ayurveda. Dr. Pritha is also a board member of the Inflakes Group and supports multiple philanthropic efforts.

Binu Nair

Director

Prior to joining the Santhigram leadership team, Binu Nair worked as a Project Manager in the IT hub of Bangalore for 10 years. He is a technocrat with a major interest in Ayurvedic medicine and is responsible for promoting Ayurvedic medical tourism, especially Kerala Ayurveda, for Santhigram. He currently manages the Santhigram parent operations in India. In addition, he also manages the development for Santhigram’s resort project in Kovalam, India, located near the Vellayani Backwaters in Kerala.

Puja Nair

Ms. Puja Nair is the backbone of IT support for the Santhigram organization. Her background includes experience in various fields including aerospace engineering, CRM solutions, and casino gaming solutions for major international software companies such as Honeywell, Oracle and Bally. She is currently in charge of IT operations for the Santhigram organization. Her accomplishments include establishing a centralized call center and developing a system that supports centralized billing and client scheduling. Ms. Nair’s vision is to utilize the latest technology resources to take Kerala Ayurveda and Ayurvedic massage for Santhigram into a new dimension.

Dr. Raj Guptan

Dr. Raj Guptan serves as a long-standing, respected member of the Santhigram Board of Directors (since 2007). He is an award-winning physician and scientist with over 20 years’ experience in the Ayurvedic treatment and healthcare industries. He has published over 100 original medical papers and has won many awards for his knowledge and expertise. In addition to his healthcare experience, Dr. Guptan has extensive knowledge of the pharmaceutical and medical device industries. Throughout his successful medical career, he served as a key advisor on strategic global projects that promote Ayurveda and Ayurvedic medicine.

Dr. Anurag Nair

Anurag Nair is a medical professional who advocates the importance of integrating modern medicine and alternative systems of medicines like Ayurveda. He is a strong proponent of the theory of “prevention is better than a cure” by modifying one’s lifestyle and daily routine.
