आहारविधिविशेषायतन ( āhāravidhivisheṣāyatana )Meaning: Basic factors to be considered while preparing and consuming diet. The eight such factors are: Prakrti (nature), Karana (processing), Samyoga (combination), Rai (amount), Dea (region), Kaala (time and season), Upayoga Samsthaa (rules for consumption) and Upayoktaa (consumer).
